Selected intern's day to day responsibilities will include providing research assistance in the form of extracting findings of scientific articles (in economics/management discipline) to given questions, codifying findings (this will be explained), analysing government documents, extracting data from internet and compiling a database from internet sources.
The focus will be on technology, innovation, and governance for sanitation, water, waste management, and related sustainability initiatives.
Only those with the following mindset and skills are encouraged to consider interning as a research assistant at FIN:
1. Curiosity and interest in the process of socio-economic development, especially India s
2. Open-minded and courteous.
3. Access to a computer for doing work and attending meetings
