Working within the R & D department, the successful candidate will be responsible for research and development in the areas of automobile design for the manufacture of future generations of automotive industries. The position will involve applying and extending the latest understanding of designing software and modeling technology to meet the challenge of this fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and deploying advanced technologies and designs in automobile field
2. Mapping out training plans for interns
3. Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment (IC Engine)
4. Designing and implementing experiments to optimize new and existing automotive parts and designing processes
5. Project planning & communicating the project status on a regular basis
6. Monitoring, creating and managing intellectual property

1. Hands-on knowledge of I.C. engines

3. In-depth knowledge of the automobile sector
4. Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and email etiquettes
5. Educational Qualification- BE/B.Tech Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Automobiles)
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
