About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the product formulation/development processes and analysis including new idea validation and prototype development, product optimization, and production scale-up
2. Work on the characterization of natural, water-soluble polymers rheologically including all types of flow property measurements
3. Work on texture profile analysis and organoleptic analysis
4. Initiate new product development (NPD) and help to drive scale-up commercialization of those products

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th Sep'21 and 20th Oct'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have the qualifications of M.Tech/M.Sc. in food technology/ pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences
