DEMCARES is a project within the Schizophrenia Research Foundation, a highly reputed mental health NGO in Chennai. The project caters to persons with dementia and other geriatric mental health issues through clinical services and research. This internship is part of an international research study that involves adapting a psychological assessment for use in India. Masters level Psychology students with experience with assessments are preferred.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning about delivering assessments for persons with dementia and working on them
2. Delivering assessments to persons with dementia and collecting data for research
3. Data entry in SPSS/Excel
