Resource Coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the resource management team in sourcing new linguists and coordinating tests for potential candidates
2. Work on database creation and maintenance
3. Maintain information such as availability, subject matter expertise, test result, and rate negotiation history in the resource database
4. Work on handling other admin duties as required

Skills and other requirements:

1. Any graduate
2. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, presentation, and written)
3. Basic analytical skills and aptitude to think out of the box
4. Ability to manage time and complete tasks within the due date
5. Staying hyper-vigilant to internal instructions, training, and directions from seniors
6. Responsiveness to emails and staying resilient on the job
7. Prior internship experience in the related internship role with an understanding of business processes

Note:
1. IT equipment will be provided
2. 1-2 weeks of training will be provided, hybrid/remote work after that
3. If required at any given point, the intern must be able to report to the office
4. This is an opportunity to work with an international organization with clients and contractors in Europe, the USA, Japan, China, Singapore, and many other world-business hubs
