About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Inspect and test customer returned computer products to work and look like new through functional and physical checks using best-in-class diagnostic applications and SOPs
2. Refurbish returned computer products by running QC check, full diagnostic & performance test, replacing defective parts, a thorough cleaning and inspection process, and repackaging
3. Process returns received via various e-commerce portals as per SLA
4. Ensure 100% tracking of returns and claims filed with partner organizations
5. Maintain daily production (RMA categorization, refurbishing, testing, cleaning, and packing) and accuracy records
