1. Review secondary research data & analysis to understand competitor practices & performance, economic & consumer trends and the dynamics of the market & demand generators
2. Use their knowledge to identify and implement opportunities to generate incremental revenues and therefore drive adequate ROI for all portfolio hotels
3. Assist and drive the total revenue management for the portfolio by being actively involved in managing the performance for all revenue generating areas for the portfolio
4. Drive revenue by identifying key indicators of different demand channels such as app, web, OTA, direct (contact center), and offline (corporate/walk-in)
5. Lead and assist in the report the update and performance commentary as part of the end of the month activities for the portfolio
