About the Internship:
The successful candidate will work with a large investment bank, supporting the Firm with a MiFiD II implementation project. The role involves reviewing and basic redlining of financial documentation.

The primary responsibilities include:
Reviewing and making templatized changes in financial documents like product specific terms, terms of business, Portfolio Compression Agreement, Data Service Agreement, Asset Management, Distribution Agreement, Consent letter etc.
Perform client outreach via emails. Track and monitor the progress of the outreach for each client.

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 6th May'17 and 5th Jun'17
  3. are available for minimum 6 months duration.
  4. have/ are pursuing UG/PG degrees in MBA & Similar; BBA & Similar; Law & Similar
  5. have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2016 or earlier
Other requirements:
  1. Ideal candidates for this position should competently demonstrate the following:
  2. • Understanding of financial documents is preferable. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the context of the financial market is a good to have.
  3. • Good analytical and logical skills
  4. • Excellent client service and internal coordination skills as part of a project team with a particular mandate.
  5. • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical and drafting skills.
  6. • Proficiency in MS-Office (Ms Word & Ms-Excel)
  7. • Good written and verbal communication skills enabling efficient comprehension of clients' documents.
  8. • Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines, bank colleagues, and within a team.
  9. • Any Law Graduates or Finance Background graduates can apply.
