1. Day to day LTE, 5G, GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G site all type of all survey activity, EMF and drive test optimization
2. Nominal planning and check the feasibility of nominal as per coverage requirement
3. Check EMF for affected buildings and generate reports
4. Work efficiently in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data processing of various design and optimization equipment and software (map info, M-Com, TEMS, Genex Probe, Google Earth, MS Excel & other tools)
5. Perform site candidate evaluation and selection
6. Verify RF related site engineering drawings
7. Understand equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators and
8. perform intermodulation analysis
9. Generate RF engineering-related reports in Excel and in other tools
10. Assume the RF lead role, manage and co-ordinate activities of the RF team as required
11. Resolution and investigation of radio related customer complaints
12. Work on VSWR measurement and handle other work at the site
