1. Content Creation: Develop engaging educational content focused on robotics, automation, AI, and related topics for students aged 5th to 12th grade. Create video content suitable for platforms like Instagram and YouTube, targeting a youth audience.
2. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design comprehensive lesson plans and modules that introduce robotics and automation concepts, programming, and problem-solving, enhancing students' technical skills.
3. Practical Activities: Organize activities where students can build, program, and experiment with robots, fostering hands-on learning and innovation.
4. Youth Engagement: Facilitate discussions, encourage active participation, and provide guidance to students to develop a passion for robotics and automation.
5. Social Media Engagement: Utilize Instagram and YouTube to share the created content, engage with followers, and foster a community focused on entrepreneurship and robotics.
6. Experience with Youth Education: Demonstrate a good amount of experience in teaching students in the 5th to 12th grade, understanding their unique learning needs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in robotics, automation, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with creating content on Instagram and YouTube, possessing a substantial follower base and viewership.
3. Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering young individuals with essential technical skills for the future.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and the online community.
5. Willingness to work on a revenue-sharing and PPC (Pay-per-content role) basis.

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per hour).
