1. Creating 3D parametric models of robots, linkages, structures, etc. using software like Solidworks/Creo Parametric/Fusion 360/FreeCAD/OpenCASCADE
2. Developing mechatronics and robotic systems
3. Working with a huge range of sensors like ultrasonic, infrared, LiDAR, optical, accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, rotary, linear encoders, and interfacing them with MCU using protocols like I2C, SPI(3-wire, 4-wire), UART
4. Training NN models using any of the popular frameworks like Flux.Jl, Tensorflow, Pytorch, JAX, etc., and deploying the same in microcontrollers or microcomputers like Raspberry Pi or Nvidia Jetson using TF Lite
Requirements:
1. Learning and implementing control systems and control loops like Bang-Bang, PID, Fuzzy Logic
3. Learning about the latest microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, STM32, MSP432, Pi Pico (RP2040)
3. Learning about path planning and coverage path planning algorithms like A*, RRT*, Field - D*, Wavefront CPP, Spiral CPP, etc.
4. Using programming languages like Julia, Python, and MATLAB to simulate control loops, and path planning algorithms and to develop novel algorithms
5. Hands-on experience in the Robot Operating System (ROS)
6. Expertise in languages like C, C++, Python, & Linux
Note: You may be part of the team that develops the algorithms at the core of the company s value and one major algorithm would be the SLAM (Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping).
