S/W Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on involvement with the client, project management, and the sales teams in product onboarding and customer training
2. Engaging with the customer success team for building and maintaining client relationships
3. Working as the frontier for handling customer queries and recommending product features as per customer needs
4. Sharing feature requests and collaborating with the product team in implementing effective workarounds.
5. Analyzing and reporting malfunctions in the product functionality and documenting test reports
6. Coordinating with the product and web development team to identify and mitigate root cause issues about the product features

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Can communicate effectively with the client and internal teams regardless of the format (written or verbal)
2. Problem solver: Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully
3. Taskmaster: Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize

Additional details:

This is a non-coding internship. The main aspects of the role are - client engagements, product vetting, and project management. Recommending solutions and suggesting improvements to the product is what sets you apart in this role.
