About the internship

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales intern to join our dynamic real estate team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property sales, client management, and market research. You will work closely with our experienced sales professionals and get exposure to live customer interactions, project pitches, and sales strategies.

As a sales intern, you will work closely with seasoned sales professionals and gain direct exposure to the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You will assist in identifying client needs, presenting real estate solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales, real estate, or business development.

This internship is designed to give you first-hand exposure to how real estate transactions are driven from prospecting to closure. You'll work alongside experienced real estate consultants, get trained on CRM tools, and handle real-time interactions with clients, site visits, and backend sales processes. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist sales executives with client meetings and property visits
2. Help maintain and update property listings on online platforms
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
4. Communicate with potential buyers and renters via phone, email, and in person
5. Prepare sales presentations and documentation
6. Support in planning and organizing open house events
7. Learn CRM and lead management tools
8. Assist with follow-ups and customer relationship building
9. Help maintain and update real estate inventory across portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, NoBroker, and our website
10. Attend project launches and network with developers or channel partners
