Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential customers to promote the project
2. Perform smart tele-calling & generating real estate leads & info - online & offline
3. Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions
4. Contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the marketing & sales strategy for the project
5. Consistently evaluates market trends and competitors move to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
6. Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (e.g. corporates, HNI clients)
7. Track competitor movements in the location and strategies for their properties and communicate the market intelligence oversee/monitor leads, negotiation, and closure of all potential sales and opportunities
