About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
2. Supporting the sales team with post-sales activities, tracking payments, and assisting the enrolled students with the further payment process
3. Creating and maintaining sales department policies, procedures, and sales-related
4. resource material
5. Identifying, building, and managing additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration
6. Generating leads through referral campaigns and assigning them to the sales team for closure
7. Managing the sales rep's compensation and remuneration plans
8. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,
9. preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
10. Collaborating with finance, HR, CSM, and sales to develop sales initiatives programs
11. Onboarding, training, and mentoring the new sales team members to become more efficient
12. Overseeing the management and use of the necessary technical tools and platforms, often in close consultation with the IT department
13. Structuring a sales procedure that improves conversion, shortens the sales cycle, and maximizes profitability
