About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support & manage order fulfillment completely
2. Take individual responsibility/ownership of the operational flow of an event from beginning to end
3. Work on handling start-to-end operations for an event allocated
4. Manage payment follow-ups with clients and sales teams
5. Assist in driving process improvement program cross-functionally
6. Serve as an interface for all bookings status and handle escalation
7. Facilitate event and sales information flow to the sales team and the client
8. Focus on delivering a positive customer experience
9. Work on maintaining order/event closure reports and preparing analysis on that basis
10. Handle and close all incoming inquiries for sports, events, and movies
11. Make outbound calls, send emails to the relevant database and inform them of the upcoming events as and when required

Who can apply

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Strong process orientation

3. Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

4. Knowledge of Salesforce

5. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations

6. Flexible in working late hours or on weekends/off days from home/office as per work demands

7. Must be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively
