Sales (Program) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keep all candidates updated about the latest immersions via phone, email, chats
2. Maintain a database of the entire history of previous immersion programs
3. Act as the eyes and ears for the immersion team to keep the feedback flowing and help with the iterative improvement of the satisfaction levels from the immersion program
4. Manage the preparation of candidates for immersion activities to ensure maximum learner count for immersion

Skills & requirements:

1. Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills
2. Should know how to manage data
3. Should enable high customer-centricity and understand student expectations and resolve their queries
4. Should have the ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy
5. Should have good problem-solving and follow-up skills
6. Should have the ability to manage clear internal communication
7. Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory
