Role Summary: We're hiring a smart and disciplined intern to support our sales pipeline. Your core responsibility is to identify supermarket leads, schedule demo meetings, coordinate with our field sales team, and ensure stores are supported during and after onboarding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Discovery:
Identify and list supermarkets and relevant retail stores via Google Maps, directories, and local sources.
Maintain a clean, organized leads database.
2. Initial Outreach:
Call and message store owners to introduce FlyerWorks and schedule demos for our field team.
Share basic product details, build initial rapport, and confirm appointment timings.
3. Sales Coordination:
Share the booked demo details with the right sales rep and track the visit status.
Follow up with reps and update CRM after each store visit.
4. Onboarding Follow-ups:
After a store is onboarded, make friendly check-in calls to assist with queries and gather feedback.
Remind stores of trial expiry and push for conversions if needed.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
2. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
3. Disciplined and structured approach to daily tasks.
4. High reliability and willingness to follow up proactively.
Bonus If You Have:
1. Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
2. Interest in sales, marketing, or retail operations.
