SAP Human Capital Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to project activities for SAP success factors cloud projects and learning the SuccessFactors (SF) skill under the guidance of our Global SF experts, once trained, you will be able to provide HR system & HR process implementation and consulting services
2. Attending on-the-job training of SAP success factors cloud software implementation conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
3. Learning to ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design, and/or organization structure definition
4. Performing system configuration under the mentor's guidance
5. Learning to analyze customer's requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible within the product features
6. Working with project manager and solution teams
