Added requirements

1. Must be up to date about the various SEO and SEM practices

2. Must have excellent communication skills, especially verbal and written

3. Must have thorough knowledge about web analytical tools like Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsight, etc.

4. Must have an understanding of keywords, digital marketing, internet marketing

5. Must have basic knowledge about programming languages like HTML and CSS

6. Must have proper knowledge of SEO tools

7. Must know how to use them for the good

8. Must have the ability to work with the other team members

9. Must have an in-depth understanding of the working of Google and other search engines

10. Should have in-depth knowledge about Online Reputation Management (ORM)

11. Must be able to derive traffic to the company's website

12. Must have analytical and critical thinking skills

13. Must be able to generate efficient SEO strategies
