Requirements and skills:
1. Have done SEO internships
2. Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
3. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
5. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
