SharePoint Development Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the creation, customization, and editing of SharePoint sites and site content, including supporting the rollout of document management and collaboration sites across the OSCE
2. Assisting with testing, bug tracking, task management, reporting, and troubleshooting on SharePoint and custom application development projects
3. Assisting in monitoring the queue of support tickets assigned to SDU, handling simple tickets themselves, and assigning more complex tasks to developers
4. Assisting in preparing user equipment (desktops and laptops) for user distribution
5. Assisting in ensuring/testing that user devices are ready for use and that the latest versions and updates are in place
6. Physically moving and carrying user equipment, such as laptops, monitors, and desktops
7. Assisting with and troubleshooting printer issues, WeBex conference calls, and token assignments according to established procedures
8. Supporting ICTS in ticket assignment and follow-up through the ICT ticketing system
9. Performing other relevant tasks as required
