About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use various signal processing techniques for effective capture and analysis of electromyography data
2. Design of hardware and software architecture for the implementation of the identified techniques

Added requirements

1. Pursuing B. Tech/M. Tech in a field related to electronics engineering

2. Sound knowledge in analog electronics, signal processing techniques, and analysis

3. Knowledge about or experience working with biopotentials (such as EMG based data) is a plus

4. Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Python

5. An analytical mind and good documentation skills

6. Knowledge about or experience working with medical devices is a plus

Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing (CPDM) is the design and manufacturing face of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc); it is the most research-intensive design and manufacturing school in India.
