About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visiting properties to assess progress & valuation of work
2. Verifying documents like building approvals, plans, estimates, etc.
3. Assisting in compliance with applicable building rules & other applicable regulations
4. Recording site observations & recommending loan amount based on the assessment made on documents & site observations
5. Working in accordance with the property development rules and regulations and local bylaws & regulations

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 28th Jun'22 and 2nd Aug'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. B. Tech/B.E. in Civil qualified

2. Smart Civil/Mech. Engineer with knowledge of valuation, basic computer knowledge -MS Office

3. Good knowledge of property rates is desirable

4. Profound knowledge of the locations of Mumbai is required

5. High energy levels, integrity, excellent communication skills (oral and written)

6. Process orientation, time management, and team-working skills

7. Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality, self-confidence, punctuality and professionalism

8. Proficiency in English, Hindi & other regional languages
