1. Basic knowledge of battery packs and on the lithium-ion cell will be advantageous
2. Scope out and understand cell testing data and analyze the data using analyzing tools like MATLAB, Python, Excel, etc.
3. Set up data analytics tools to derive insights from large data sets of lab testing as well as data from the field
4. Work on product portfolio based on developing and understanding holistic product requirements and prepare documents for development
5. Able to understand performance, safety, aging characteristics test, and pack assembly
6. Collaborate with the team to understand the status of the projects and work on
7. problem-solving
8. Laboratory setups, test plan preparation, technician supervision
9. Technically assess manufacturing process and quality parameters at the manufacturing process
