About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Managing & coordinating among different teams for HR related activities
2. Maintaining organizational efficiency by streamlining all employee-related information
3. Conducting orientations and training of team members
4. Ensuring each employee delivers their possible best to the company
5. Building morale & motivation
6. Conducting performance evaluation and tracking activities
7. Help in building an HR team for the project

eSF is looking for young professionals to lead the HR Management operations for the Smart Villages Project. We are looking for 1 HR Team lead & other HR interns to work in the team.
