About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the company s social media accounts and post content.
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
6. Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales
7. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
8. Identify new social media trends and make videos
9. Make reels & YouTube shorts regularly on trending videos
10. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
11. Increase brand awareness by making strategic videos
