1. Create & shoot appropriate reel content.

2. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.

3. Develop and manage social media content & accounts.

4. Produce engaging content types that resonate with the audience and personality of the brand.

5. Ensure effective client communications to understand their requirements.

6. Prepare monthly social media calendars across all platforms.

7. Own growth metrics of social media channels - reach impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.

8. Create, ideate, and develop content that aligns with the brand's existing style and tone.

9. Write effective and efficient monthly reports.

Skills & Requirements

1. bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or a related field

2. Excellent copywriting skills.

3. Should know how to shoot on camera reels (Educational Content for Crawl Digitally social media Page).

4. Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, and social media platforms

5. Own growth metrics of social media channels - reach impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.

6. Minimum 6 months of experience in social media, blogging, digital Marketing, Corporate communications and content writing required.
