We are looking for a talented social media intern to administer our social media accounts and digital media traffic. You will be responsible to create original video and text content, manage followers, respond to inquiries, establishing our online presence, looking for relevant collaborations to increase visibility, etc. to manage Khenshu's image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a social media intern, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital tools, marketing trends, and technologies. You should have excellent communication and creative skills to express the company's views. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement on all platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
2. Create engaging content, shoot photos, reels, etc.
3. Develop social media campaigns
4. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
5. Update social media content across all channels
6. Engage with customers and followers
7. Use trending and industry-specific social media marketing tools
8. Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
9. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
10. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
11. Develop content
12. Keep an eye on social media trends
13. Look out for necessary campaigns and collaborations to boost visibility
