Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the company s long-term vision, mission, and goals for effective communications across various social channels
2. Curate and manage social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc and execute sponsored activities
3. Generate leads for the platform through content paid and organic marketing efforts
4. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
5. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various departments, including sales, customer service, advertising, product development, and brand management
6. Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
7. Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg., original text, photos, videos, blogs, campaigns, and news) on different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
8. Communicate with customers, followers, audience members and respond to queries in a timely manner while monitoring customer reviews
9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
