About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering calls professionally and providing information about products and services
2. Assisting customers with order related queries
3. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
4. Taking input of issues and their redressal thereof
5. Escalating unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
6. Appropriating and timely follow-ups wherever required
7. Working on first POC for customers, vendors, other third parties
8. Working on customer data capture on a day-to-day basis
9. Working on customer referral and retention
