The ThickShake Factory is looking to improve its ratings on the online delivery platform Zomato and store-based ratings on Google. Based on the requirements of this platform, the student is required to find the best practices and execute them. The store ratings in both the platform are the direct focus of this project.
1. Work on covering the entire gamut of the platform
2. Work on replying to reviews
3. Work on uploading relevant store & product images and communication ideas to drive traffic to the brand page, consumer feedback, and rating facilitation
4. Ideate, shoot and edit day-to-day content for our social media channels
5. Create content for social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
6. Post content for social media platforms on a daily basis
7. Work on enhancing the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities
