3. Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
4. Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities
5. Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect clients and their brand (customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.)
6. Stay current with social media trends and tools attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts. Refine and define our social marketing process
7. Work with teams to create a solid branding message that s reflected across RestoG marketing materials, social media content, and shared by employees clientele industries including retail, hospitality, and industrial
