Social Media Marketing Internship

1. Creating an understanding of clients business, needs, and business objectives
2. Tracking social media defined KPIs and specific goals for clients on a monthly and quarterly basis, also, managing and setting ideal clients' expectations
3. Managing and developing all the social media and other digital properties of clients business
4. Pro-actively initiating new ideas and strategies for each of the clients and working with internal and client teams to execute these ideas
5. Initiating internal team meetings for brainstorming new ideas and strategies for each of the clients
6. Compiling social media activities report on a monthly basis and developing reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
7. Developing, understanding and communicating new updates and trends in social media or in client industry; inculcating the same in social media campaign planning
8. Planning and managing timelines and deadlines for the internal team as well as from client's team for getting content, graphics and creative, approval for the posts, etc. at least 2 weeks in advance of the posting date
9. Participating in client meetings, presentations, and communications
