Social Media Marketing Internship

We are looking for a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content with the help of in house team and other freelancers, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company's image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals for all the companies in the group
3. Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
4. Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
5. Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
6. Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
7. Overseeing social media accounts' designs (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
8. Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
9. Staying abreast with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
