1. Administrating the day-to-day activities of the agency
2. Taking up the role of being the super admin in the agency
3. Understanding the working of the agency and providing processes to ensure maximum productivity
4. Ensuring client servicing; getting out the point of the client to the team and ensuring all points are taken care of
5. Ensuring the strategy and processes do not get monotonous and always suggesting fresh ideas
