9. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
10. Work on the presentation of MKCL s offerings to potential users/customers
11. Work on counseling and conversion of potential users/customers for various MKCL offerings
Know-IT was founded in 1998, at the threshold of the new century, to advance the application of information technology in the areas of education, governance, and services. It has made significant contributions in each. Know-IT runs a postgraduate training center under C-DAC ACTS, which has successfully trained over 2,000 students in the past 15 years. As MKCL's Regional Lead Centre (RLC) and Local Lead Centre (LLC) for the regions of Pune, Ahmednagar, and Nashik, Know-IT supports close to 1,000 authorized learning centers. These centers are managed for administration, marketing, academics, and compliances right up to examination conduction and certification for the various education programs of MKCL. Each year close to 160,000 students are enrolled across these centers. In the last 10 years, close to 1.5 million learners have successfully been certified across these 3 districts of Maharashtra.
