PetPedia.in is looking for a Social Media Intern to be part of the next phase of our growth spurt! Build a community of relevant audience, engage with them & develop organic growth strategies with us while learning from & having fun with a small and curious team of young people who love everything pets!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the company s social media accounts and post content based on the editorial calendar
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Reply to comments & DMs on social posts within the first hour of receipt
6. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
7. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
8. Proactively takes initiatives to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
9. Manages PR collaborations for the brand
10. Create & maintain content inventory in synergy with the content research team by giving feedback on relevant content topics
11. Assist in creating performance reports
12. Build & manage communities and maintain constant communication between communities and Petpedia.in
Requirements:
1. Must be able to commit at least 3 months of the internship duration
