About Code To Enhance Learning Trust
Code To Enhance Learning Trust is a not-for-profit organization based in Ahmedabad that works with a vision that every kid codes to express and solve problems. We currently offer a coding curriculum on Scratch, a block-based programming language developed by MIT Media Labs, and partner with schools and organizations of various nature to help them implement the program by providing end-to-end support in a customized manner as per their need. Also, we organize CEL Kids Hackathons, a competitive event across India to help kids showcase their coding talent.

This brings recognition to kids and their school/organization and allows them to share their learning about coding. Thus, it builds awareness about coding and its benefits.

About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics
2. Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Ensure that posts are published at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement
3. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to build and maintain positive relationships with our online community
4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement
5. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Provide recommendations for adapting strategies accordingly
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
7. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management
8. Content Calendar: Help maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and organized posting schedule
