Social Media Marketing Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching industry trends and competitors to inform strategy
2. Creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
3. Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
4. Assisting with the creation of content, such as blog posts, infographics and videos
5. Collaborating with other departments, such as product development or customer service, to ensure that social media efforts align with overall business goals
6. Helping to manage and grow the company's social media presence
7. Monitoring and engaging with social media comments, messages, and reviews to ensure a positive customer experience and respond to any inquiries or concerns
