Social Media Marketing Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Executing social media calendar as per schedule and plan
2. Managing communication across various social media channels and proactively building the brand on social media communities through engagement and content (including Quora)
3. Responding promptly to all customer/user queries on all social media platforms
4. Coordinating with the team for creating social media posts
5. Tracking user engagement and implementing strategies to increase user engagement on the account
6. Creating content like reels, IGTV snippets, etc, for the relevant userbase on Instagram
Should be familiar with simple design & editing tools such as Canva and Animoto
