Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Check LinkedIn activity to understand likes and dislikes
3. Read their Twitter, Reddit, Quora, Facebook, Koo, etc.
4. Read their blogs on medium.com, substack.com, etc.
5. Conduct a Google search with their names in quotes to find any recent news, recent blog, etc.
6. Work on finding their podcasts and media appearances
7. Write emails to the mentors

Krsh provides community-driven solutions for mental health. Krsh trains volunteers for mental health counseling, to make it accessible and affordable for everyone. Using community intervention, Krsh removes the stigma and hesitation involved in seeking help for mental wellness.

Krsh has a tech-driven work culture even though it's a nonprofit organization. Krsh has an in-house platform to train counselors, for psychometric assessments, and to facilitate the counseling process. Krsh currently focuses on youth's mental wellness challenges and solves them by using a derivative of solution-focused behavioral therapy and buddy pairing.
