About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to chats/emails to provide resolution to the query and obtain details of complaints
2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
