About Gopali Youth Welfare Society
A registered NGO run by a team of students and professors of IIT Kharagpur, with help from some local social enthusiasts, with a vision to bring in youth into the frontline of building solutions for nation's problems.

It provides a platform for students at various levels to design, plan, and execute social initiatives on a large scale by providing them with the necessary guidance and skill set. GYWS achieves it by providing membership, volunteers, and internship opportunities to the youth of the country.

About the work from home job/internship
After getting selected, an intern will be allocated to a particular team and will be getting a descriptive problem statement with clear deliverables to work on. He/She will be provided with mentorship at different levels, ensuring the overall development of his/her personality.

The Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the problem-in-hand and practical relevance to solving it
2. Divide it into chunks to provide a step-by-step solution to the leadership team of the Gopali Youth Welfare Society
3. Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze its impact at the ground level
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jul'20 and 27th Aug'20

3. are available for duration of 6 weeks

4. have relevant skills and interests
