About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute and handle promotion activities and campaigns
2. Handle activities to raise funds and execute proposals needed to sustain the project
3. Ensure that the activities being done are in line with the objectives and mission of the foundation
4. Ensure timely delivery of the assigned work
5. Perform regular field visits to interact with the beneficiaries/stakeholders and collection of relevant data
6. Manage any other work as may be required for the project and/or as assigned by the supervisor

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. A graduate degree in social work/development studies/development management/MBA/others

2. At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in working with non-profit

3. organizations (essential)

4. Experience in executing campaigns for fund-raising (essential)

5. Experience in on-field visits (the position requires extensive field travel)

6. Experience in quality reporting and documentation

7. Experience working with diverse groups and knowledge of and respect for local customs

8. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task the work with quality

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
