About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on project planning and implementation of an ongoing project
2. Manage the capacity building of the participants and stakeholders of the project
3. Design, execute and handle promotion activities and campaigns
4. Monitor and evaluate the project milestones and outcomes
5. Handle finances, seek funds and proposals needed to sustain the project
6. Ensure that the project operations are inline with the objectives and mission of the foundation
7. Supervise the field executives and interns to ensure timely delivery of assigned work
8. Perform regular field visits with team to interact with the beneficiaries/stakeholders and collection of relevant data
9. Handle any other work as may be required for the project and/or as assigned by the senior management
Earn certifications in these skills

Added requirements

1. Graduate/PG degree in social work/development studies/development management/MBA/others (essential)

2. Experience in working with children's education, youth and skills development issues (essential)

3. 4-5 years of demonstrated development sector experience in project management (essential)

4. Experience in raising campaigns for fund-raising (essential)

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to respect and work with a range of communities and groups (essential)

6. Experience in on-field visits (the position requires extensive field travel)

7. Experience in quality reporting and documentation

8. Experience working with diverse groups and knowledge of and respect for local customs

9. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task the work with quality

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
