LetsEndorse (along with SIDBI) is working extensively on MISSION SWAVALAMBAN in 108 districts (in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha & Telangana) to launch at least 10,000 MSMEs in 12 months. As India reels under COVID-19 like job-losses & reverse-migration, there is an urgent need to future-proof and rebuild the livelihoods of individuals from vulnerable households and enable them to stand on their feet. To accelerate the pace of enterprise creation, we are hosting SWAVALAMBAN e-SUMMIT (to foster dialogue, deliberations & discourses) on 16th August 2020 in order to digitally connect 2000+ well-prepared micro-enterprise aspirants & 50+ bankers where they shall shed light on various credit schemes, the approach, what do they look for in an enterprise loan-applicant & key insights which shall help the enterprise aspirants in preparing themselves to access credit to start-up.
To equip these 2000 reverse migrants/unemployed/underemployed individuals for the SUMMIT, we are hosting Swavalamban e-Marathon (11th-15th August 2020)
1. Working rigorously with 2000 pre-identified aspirants in business planning and necessary documentation
2. Providing regular mentorship to the selected 2000 aspirants

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 7th Aug'20 and 11th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 1 week
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. We seek applications from students of business management, finance, commerce, economics who can spare their 5 days as SAARTHIs towards powering the micro-business aspirants.
