1. Candidates should be pursuing/having a degree in computer science (only from tier-1 universities)
2. Should be self-discipline, dependability, and accountability
3. Should have good knowledge of Java, relational and NoSQL databases and web technologies (JS, APIs, etc.)
4. Should have knowledge of agile software development processes and working successfully in a team
5. Should have good communication and organizational skills - must be able to bring forward an opinion
6. Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Should have the ability to quickly and effectively research technical problems and solutions online
8. Should have interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks
9. Should have the willingness to work flexible/odd hours at times, based on a geographically distributed team
10. Should have knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services
11. Should have knowledge of Lisp, Java, MATLAB, R, Assembly, Processing, Lambda is a plus
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
