1. Work on the research and development of software for a home automation product
2. Control different automation tools over serial and IP protocols
3. Create a scalable server back end which will communicate with the application and the devices
4. Work on the development and unit testing of various modules in JAVA or Python and ensure quality control
5. Work on designing self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. Coordinate with the team and ensure timely delivery of the deliverables
6. Work on feasibility analysis and POC development and possible architecture designs
7. Design new common features where the application can be built on top of it
