Added requirements

1. Good knowledge & working experience in manual testing

2. Hands-on experience in designing the complex test scenario and test cases

3. Knowledge of bug life cycle, SDLC/STLC models

4. Should have hands-on experience in different kinds of testing like functional testing, unit testing, regression testing, system, acceptance testing

5. Knowledge of risk analysis, mitigation & control techniques

6. Should have a working knowledge of SQL queries to check the database

7. Knowledge of mobile application testing

8. Good to have knowledge of banking domain, financial inclusion

9. Good to have automation testing experience
